Free Intro Call

This is a free 20 minute call with one of our therapists in order to help you determine if we are a good fit and which of our services will work best for you.

Therapy Session

If this is your first therapy session with us, please select a 90 minute option. If you are a returning client, please select a 50 minute option. Couples or family sessions have the option of a 50 or 90 minute session which can be discussed with your therapist.
